Discount Codes and limitations

Cloude 9 Customs Limited reserves the right to withdraw discount codes at any point, even after the order has been processed.

We reserve the right to, limit or cancel amounts purchased per person, per household or per order. These limitations may include but are not limited to orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

Order information

You must provide us with current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases on our website. This must be swiftly updated if anything changes; including but not limited to, email address, billing information and phone number, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Gift Vouchers

Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Lost, stolen or destroyed gift vouchers will not be exchanged or refunded.

Gift vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the voucher issue date and can be redeemed here on https://cloude9customs.com/

In the event of any dispute, the decision of Cloude 9 Customs Limited is final.

Payment

We accept all Mastercard, Visa and American Express credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

For card payments we will require the full card number, expiry date, issue number and card holders full billing address details.

Our Right to Cancellation

If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on part of the manufacturer or supplier of the goods to supply the goods to us, or any other reason we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. 

In the eventuality of this, we shall refund to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation to the agreement. 

We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage arising from such cancellation.

Security

By entering this Website, you consent that you are (a) of lawful age, or you have been given consent by a legal adult to enter/access this Website, (b) you will not use any of our Products or Services for any illegal or immoral purposes.

You must ensure that you take steps to prevent any harm or technical damage to our website which may be caused by your access including but not limited to viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms or any other malicious code. 

Limitation of Liability 

We cannot guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Nor do we warrant that the results that may be acquired from the use of the service will be correct or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without any prior notice to you. 

You agree and understand that your use of, or incapability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all Products and Services delivered to you through the service are (except as specifically stated by us) provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ for your use, without any depiction, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

Returns

Any and all returns must get pre-authorization prior to sending the item back to Cloude 9 Customs Limited. 

If your goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery we will exchange the product or issue a refund. Goods must be returned to the Company in original packaging (and without being installed or used and with all relevant seals and enclosures intact) within 14 days of receipt by the buyer.

Returned items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging may not be credited or exchange if Cloude 9 Customs Limited determines that due care was not taken when packaging items for return to Cloude 9 Customs Limited. Where possible, please reuse the original packaging, and please contact us if you have any questions regarding adequate packaging. This is especially important when returning larger items. If you are returning product due to damage that has occurred in the delivery to you then please take images showing the damage to both the packaging and the product and send them by email to admin@cloude9customs.com prior to packaging the damaged item for return.

Any custom parts are non-refundable.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us, our affiliates and licensors, and each of their respective employees, officers, directors, and representatives from and against any Losses arising out of or relating to any third-party claim; for example, but not limited to, breach of this Agreement or violation of applicable law by you, End Users or Your Content. You will reimburse us for reasonable attorneys’ fees, as well as our employees’ and contractors’ time and materials spent responding to any third-party summons or other compulsory legal order or process associated with third party claims. 

Entire Agreement

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and Conditions and any other policies displayed on this site contains the final, and entire agreement and understanding between you and is the complete and exclusive statement of its terms. This contract supersedes all prior agreement and understandings, whether oral or written, in connection therewith.

Any doubts in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service, any other policies displayed on this site and any other agreement whereby we provide you Products or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
