Hi just fitted my catch can this weekend when t really well so easy to fit and looks great. It arrived on time with everything I needed in the box thanks for the advice before I bought the kit it was very useful

I never received my order, the courier had doorsteped my delivery and the item was stolen off my doorstep, I emailed cloud 9 customs and asked for a tracking number but I got no reply, then a few days later I emailed them again and asked for news on the delivery as I told them I had not received it, then I was told it had been delivered but I had not received it, then of course I found out it had been just dumped on my doorstep and marked down as delivered. So I asked for a full refund, but Cloud 9 Customs were reluctant to refund me cos they basically were accusing me of lying and did not believe I did not have the item, even though I didn't have it, so 1 week after the item had been dumped on my doorstep I had to push again to get refunded, and received a rude reply telling me not to order from them ever again, all because they didn't want to refund me, and although they reluctantly did refund me, but also they accused me of being rude to them, which I wasn't, and I did nothing wrong. So be warned, if you order from Cloud 9 Customs and your item goes missing, they will acuse you of lying and will not want to refund you. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS, SAVE YOUR MONEY, and shop with another company who won't accuse you of lying and will treat you with respect!!! IF I COULD GIVE ZERO OUT OF 5, I WOULD ????????????

I've got a pair of these spats on my TT and had to replace one, the guys at c9c we're really helpful in sending me just the one I did have to do little bit of fetling,small amount of sanding nothing major but thet fit very good to the arch,would recommend

Yea kit was OK there is a few issues tho. The plastic breather hose not the best so I would get the billet one if I got this again. The catch can was just black was expecting it say cloude9 customs on it but just plain. And also no screws to attach the catch can to my cross bar. Sent an email no reply so I had to buy some. terrible communication. Also took 3 days to dispatch the order. Its on and it works but was expecting better quality and better communication. Also would of been nice if they would of sent me the bolts that were missing or replied. 2 maybe 3 out of 5.

I ordered clear markers, but received blue tinted ones. I ordered two sets and I'm glad I did. The tabs weren't cut right and one of them snapped when being installed. It looks better than orange, but I really wanted completely clear lenses like pictured on this page.

Delivery was a bit slower than hoped. Chased up progress and the response from the company was very defensive and verging on rude and unprofessional. Catch can brackets for the strut brace are too large so require packing to hold the can in place. Other than that, everything else was as expected.

Fitted really well, although the hole top right of the heat shield dissent line up. This maybe due to the engine being changed from a 1.6 to the 1.8t AUM. Quality of parts however are really nice and kit came well packaged.

Amazingly genius package. Mechanics tend to avoid jobs like this but this simple kit means its as easy as asking them to fit it without needing to try to justify why they should drop the sump before it’s destroyed the engine. Arrived sharp too. Great company in every way.

Ordered on Sunday, received it Tuesday, well packed, very easy to fit, the step by step with colour pictures instructions are awesome. Looks good and sounds good according to my 14 year old lad.

Yeahi test fitted it but just need to trim a little more off the bottle as has a nobbley bit on it. I'll do it one day when I'm bored but looks good.

Everything you need and the tutorial video on the site was a good guide for reference. Plenty of recommendations on the ‘S3 8l’ Facebook groups for Cloude 9 catch can kits and it definitely lived up to the hype.

Very well made spats a little pre sanding but when sprayed and fitted they look great plus easy to fit well worth it thanks
